The Nice Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Substitute

Cool Cloud Vapor is one of the companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid smoking cigarettes. Now the U.S. Food and Drug Management have issued caution letters to an additional ten companies, including Nice Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (conducting business as Puff Bar) caution them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from the marketplace immediately because they don’t possess the appropriate premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids will be popular with young adults, but that adults also need to be protected contrary to the over-selling of the products by adult consumers. In line with the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids involved had no flavor; however, these were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.

Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These statements were misleading, the FDA claims, because no FDA regulatory criteria or laws exist to regulate dietary supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription marketplace distribution label specifically stated that the product could be used as a dietary supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports drink or an athletic supplement, based on the FDA.

Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, they should have understood that the product was intended for the consumption of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the flavors were added after the manufacturing process. According to the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it really is listed on the packaging because the ingredients that could cause the product to be misused, if ingested, by children, or a person who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.

The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include appropriate statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the product, the company’s product was misrepresented. An example of a misrepresentation would be that the merchandise was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small kids would not elect to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They might probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous than a candy bar. The only method to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false advertising is to strictly regulate the manufacturing of e-liquids. Producers cannot use vague vocabulary or symbols on labels or product packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable on the market when it is not really.

Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Nice Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice products including several premium brands, several which had an array of what flavors do puff pubs can be found in. When I purchased my Great Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that did not have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not appeal to me. I was incorrect.

Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked a lot like the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a fairly large amount of nicotine, which managed to get difficult to carry onto while smoking because the entire mouth of the disposable machine was filled up with the whitish color of smoking. I looked at the ingredients checklist for Puff Bar and found that it contained a similar things that I have arrived at expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between this product and the other products was that this product did not have any flavorings.

After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece softly on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Quickly, my throat hit a good warm spot on the back of my throat that was not present during smoking any traditional smoking cigarettes. My 2nd puff sent a hurry of taste through my lips which lasted limited to a second and my throat hit another spot that lasted just a few seconds. I exhaled slowly and gradually while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.

After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled with sweet lemon juice, accompanied by a moderate pepper to taste. Following the 3rd puff I experienced a sweet and tangy tastes with a hint of bitterness. Following the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, presenting me all the nicotine I had a need to complete the entire session and never have to worry about getting a bad buzz off of it.
